Bedding Aggregate (5, 10, 20, 40…):Drainage rock used around pipes and behind retaining walls. Allows moisture to pass through.
Select Fill:Compactible gravel used for filling areas and providing temporary access in all weather.
Bottom Course:Used for conforming road bases. When compacted it creates a solid surface on which to build.
Top Course:A conforming roadbase with high compaction rates used as a final layer before sealing.
Rocks:Mattress screened rocks with no fines varying in size as fillers. 150-300, 300-500, etc.
